The spiral dryer is a specialized, matching drying unit designed for fully automated ultrasonic cleaning lines. It is ideal for bulk parts such as screws, nuts, springs, small stamped hardware, magnetically polished workpieces, and precision small turned parts. Relying on internal spiral auger blades for continuous conveying, it seamlessly integrates with ultrasonic cleaning, multi-stage rinsing, and high-pressure air-knife cutting processes. This enables a fully automated, integrated assembly line operation of washing, draining, and drying, specifically solving pain points like residual water stains, oxidation/rusting, and uneven drying after bulk cleaning of small parts. 

The entire machine is crafted from SUS304 thickened stainless steel, making it resistant to cleaning chemicals, rust, and corrosion. It is perfectly suited as a supporting unit for mass production lines in hardware, auto parts, fasteners, precision machining, and magnetic polishing industries. 

Core Structural Components

Spiral Conveying System: Built-in one-piece molded stainless steel spiral auger driven by a variable frequency motor, with a steplessly adjustable conveying speed of 0.3–3 m/min. Workpieces gently tumble forward with the rotation, receiving 360° heating with no dead zones. Moisture within tiny threads, blind holes, and crevices is completely evaporated, preventing workpieces from stacking, bumping, or scratching. 

Front High-Pressure Air-Knife Dewatering Section: The front end of the drying chamber integrates a vortex high-pressure blower. High-pressure air at 4–5 bar pre-blows and strips away free water droplets on the workpiece surface, significantly reducing the drying load, shortening drying time, and eliminating large-area watermarks. 

Sealed Hot Air Circulation Drying Chamber: Featuring an upper and lower dual-duct circulating hot air design, supporting either electric or gas heating options. It is internally equipped with high-temperature filters to filter the circulating hot air, preventing secondary dust pollution. The fully enclosed insulation layer minimizes heat loss, saving energy and electricity. 

Temperature Control & Safety Protection System: K-type thermocouple measures temperature in real time, with an accurately adjustable control range from room temperature up to 150°C. Equipped with multiple safety interlocks including over-temperature power-off, leakage protection, fan overload, and heating dry-burn prevention. Temperature, conveying speed, and drying time can be set with a single touch on the PLC touch screen. 

Water Mist Recovery & Separation Device: The steam generated during drying is centrally recovered and condensed, preventing water vapor from flowing back into the front-end ultrasonic cleaning tank, which avoids cleaning fluid dilution and secondary oil contamination on workpieces.
